To upgrade you plan, admin users need to log in and use the web application to manage the account. Upon registration, the default plan that was set to the subscriber is the Free plan. To upgrade your Free plan, admin should do the ff:
1) Open browser and Go to this url: “https://system.mobilebizco.com > Enter login details.
2) Click on the “Account” from the right menu to display your current plan and the upgrade plans available.
3) Choose and click on the desired new plan.
- If Account is from Free Plan: the user will be redirected our webstore hosted by Fastspring. You will need to provide your credit card information to complete the process.
- If Account is already on the paid plan – the application will simply validate your upgrade request and will then process the upgrade .
4) Billing computation will then be send to the subscriber. If Account is upgrading from a paid plan, it will send a refund and a prorated billing of the new plan. If Account is upgrading from a free plan, it will send the computation of the full billing.
